Accommodation (has 3 different accommodation units: a studio, a room and apartment!) is located at the core of the historic centre. All three units overlook the city market. Nearby is the famous Senj High School, the historic Town hall, the Church and several well-known restaurants and shops. The sea is only 100 meters away – you just need to walk through a typical Mediterranean vault, and you will see the city port and nearby beaches. The accommodation is in a building with open galleries from which you can enter individual residential units. On the outside gallery, which serves as a balcony, you can have breakfast while enjoying vibrant morning atmosphere on the market. The smell of warm bread or pastries can be quite irresistible – don’t worry, you can buy them on the market and still eat them warm, while your first morning coffee is brewed. The market side is the sunny one in the morning, while it provides shade in the afternoon. The sound of morning bells from the cathedral might wake you up. Please read carefully the description of the unit you have reserved, as the size, equipment, as well as their price, differ accordingly. Cooking is not allowed in a room with a bathroom, while you can do so in a large apartment or in a studio with a kitchenette. You enter a cleaned accommodation, and you take care of the cleanliness yourself while you stay there. There is no extra charge for final cleaning, so I appreciate in advance that you will be tidy. I do not take a deposit for possible damage in advance, and if damage occurs, you will pay on departure. There is a limited number of free parking spaces near or a little further from the accommodation Mala placa. Parking spaces cannot be reserved, but after parking - you don't need your car. Mala Placa is the closest center and everything is so close that you don't need to use a car. This is accommodation for people who enjoy a loud, temperamental Mediterranean atmosphere.

Senj is a historical town that suffered a lot in wars, which can still be observed in some parts of the town. It is located at the foot of the Vratnik pass. High temperatures are recorded in Senj throughout the year, so in Senj is as warm as in the far south of the country. Occasionally (most often in winter) the strong north-eastern wind called bura blows and its strong gusts might scare visitors, but locals love it because it provides high-quality air, favourable for those with respiratory problems and allergies. The sea is cool but clean, even in the harbour. Mala placa facility is located in the centre of Senj, so within a radius of 100 meters there are several restaurants, shops, markets, a supermarket, as well as historical buildings such as the old Town hall, the cathedral or the Town Museum, i.e. the house of Empress Maria Theresa, the Grammar High School, and the entrance to the medieval catacombs. Passing through the vault, i.e., under the old arch under the buildings that are first row to the sea, you will reach the sea and the port, with nearby beaches. On your left you will see the Nehaj tower, a symbol of the town and its former inhabitants called Uskoci.
