Welcome to our family house located in a quiet area of Senj! 🌊🌞 Our house offers three comfortable apartments: Studio for 2 people Apartment 2+2 Apartment 4+2 (two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and corner sofa bed) Each apartment has a private entrance, and from the terraces and balconies you can enjoy a beautiful view of the island of Krk, Baška, and the towns of Rijeka and Novi Vinodolski. The beach is only 400 meters away, and nearby you can find Restaurant Martina and Restaurant Zagreb, perfect for enjoying local cuisine and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street, 200 meters from the main road, and the center of Senj is less than 2 km away. Senj is famous for its carnival in August and the historic Nehaj Tower, which is worth visiting. Our newest apartment was built in June 2018, and all apartments are equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are a family of four – myself, my husband, and our two children. I am an economist by profession, and my daughter holds a master’s degree in tourism economics. We have been managing holiday rentals since 2011. We look forward to welcoming every guest and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We speak German and English, and with basic knowledge of Italian, we will be happy to assist you with any questions or bookings.

We live in a neighborhood less than 2 km from the center. A pretty quiet street, 200 meters away from the main road, so that no noise can be heard
