House On The Water. Originally, a true Croatian rustic fishing village home, ~130 years old! Sleeps 5. 3 Bedrooms. 10 minutes from Zadar, arguably the prettiest city in Croatia. If you want quiet seclusion in July and August, Palm Bibinje is not for you :). If you want a modern IKEA furnished apartment to peacefully watch TV, you should keep looking :)! But, if you want your own house for a week or two, and swimming and sunbathing, within driving distance of beautiful sights to see in Croatia, we look forward to welcoming you! Ground floor Indoor Courtyard. Upper floor spacious terrace overlooking the marina and the sea. Fully Modernized Bathrooms (2016). Restaurants, coffee bars, small food stores and bakeries close by. Beach on your doorstep. Beautiful 180° Panoramic Adriatic Sea View with the Zadar penninsula in the distance.

The house is located in the Old Village part of Bibinje on the marina bay. Bibinje center is a 10 minute walk. Fresh bread, home grown fruits and vegetables, home made wines and liquors, honey and olive oil all within minutes walk, as are grocery stores. Zadar is the 2016 Number 1 European Destination and 10 mins away by car. Restaurants all around us sitting on the sea. Tennis available 200m away. New amusement park has opened 20 kilometers away, called Fun Park Mirnovec: a great day for family fun! Stunning National Parks within driving distance. Local marina and encircling riva (walkway) 10m in front of house.
