I live in Vela Luka, 10 minutes drive from the little paradise bay called Picena, where the house is situated. I was born and raised on this island of Korcula an many outdoor facilites I built with my father with my own hands, in a typical traditional mediteranean style, with stone and wood. I love meeting new people, I love to travel and I love cooking - that is why I opened a small boutique little tavern on the beach where I prepare the most delicious local sea food (and meat, veggie or pasta) just for our guests and a couple of others (small restaurant with 5-6 tables only, so the privacy and peace is guaranteed).

Can't wait that you visit me and my family, this nature that surrounds our house is magical and the sea and the dolphins in it will just take your breath away! It is very rare nowadays to be able to rent a beach-front 3 bedroom house with a private beach, no street in between and sooooo much outdoor private place! Hammocks, pine-trees with natural shadow and magical sea views ara a gem that make this property so special - you will find peace, tranquillity and privacy here as nowhere else!

Since it si a small peaceful bay with just a couple of houses, all scattered between the pine-trees with each having at least one thousand five hundred square meters of a private property, it feels like being in a meditation area, very chilled, tranquil and smelling like pure nature. It is a heaven for your lungs and also the mind. The centre of Vela Luka town where also the ferry arrives with all shopping facilities is only 5 km away, reachable easy with a couple of minutes by car or taxi or even bike; 1 km of it being the dirt road) - you wanted civilisation free space, right? : We call this place a "civilised non-civilisation" :) The first pebble beach is located directly under the vacation house. This is a public beach, but with not too many people visiting. Here you can also rent kayaks and a small boat (your host will be happy to give you more information about that). There are also other multiple bays in the vicinity offering a unique experience on various beach types. From pebble to stone beaches, to sandy type on the other side of the island. There is something for everyone.
