U sklopu kuće za odmor nalaze se četiri potpuno opremljena klimatizirana apartmana sa terasama. Svaki apartman sadrži opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak, spavaću sobu i kupaonicu. Apartmani imaju grijanje, TV ravnog ekrana i kabelsku TV, besplatan Wi Fi te privatno parkiralište za goste. U svim jedinicama gostima su na raspolaganju ručnici i posteljina. Gosti mogu uživati i opuštati se u prekrasnom pogledu na planine i prirodu, velikom dvorištu, pripremanju roštilja, koji je svakom apartmanu na raspolaganju. Ličko Petrovo Selo nalazi se na području općine Plitvička jezera, udaljeno od državne granice sa BiH 1,5 km te samo 14 km do Nacionalnog parka Una i Štrbačkog buka, u podnožju je planine Čelopek i planine Lička Plješevica. Cestovno je izuzetno dobro povezano kako sa unutrašnjosti zemlje tako i sa jadranskom obalom, do koje je oko sat vremena ugodne vožnje. Do zračne luke Zadar je 91 km. U blizini su brojne kulturne znamenitosti :memorijalni centar Nikola Tesla, stari Drežnik grad, grad Bihać i druge. U selu djeluje Udruga TARA u kojoj se izrađuju originalni pleteni proizvodi od domaće vune, koje izrađuju seoske žene želeći time sačuvati tradicijske vrijednosti i vještine. Od brojnih prirodnih znamenitosti razgledajte Baračeve špilje i Cerovačke pećine, park prirode Velbit. Udaljena samo 2 km od sela je napuštena vojna baza "505" aerodrom Željava. Mnogobrojne su mogućnosti za sportske aktivnosti od planinarenja, biciklizma, raftinga na Uni, jahanje, adrenalinski sportovi, lov i ribolov , šetnje i pješačenje u prirodi. Niz je aktivnosti u kojima ćete zasigurno uživati na Plitvicama, rekreirati se ili pak opuštati u prirodi te uživati u gastronomskim specijalitetima ovog kraja.
