Pool apartment is one of 4 apartments in our house. Only this apartment has access to swimming pool and traditional Dalmatian “Konoba” made out of hand-crafted stone. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet. Maximum 6 adults can sleep here. House is newly renovated and there are plenty of beautiful details and amenities. Pool apartment has 2 air-conditioning units, strong enough to cool or warm up the whole place.
Our family lives around and we are always there in case our guests have any questions or issues. But also, we are trying at all times not to disturb guest’s privacy.
Located only a few hundred meters from Nin city centre in a quiet and secure neighborhood, our house will fulfill your everyday needs. Bakery, vegetable and fruit shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all less than a 100 meters away. Within a radius of 1km you can find plenty of beautiful sandy beaches. We are always glad to provide our guests with recommendations.
