The private house on the beach is a two floor house for independent use with a fenced yard. It is located first row to the sea, 10 meters from the terrace there is a private mooring. The beach next to the house is ideal for people looking for peace and solitude. The beach is stone, flat and smooth, decorated with deckchairs for sunbathing. The terrace of the house offers a beautiful view of the sea and is suitable for a family vacation, as well as for guests who want a break from work, seclusion, privacy, peace and quiet. Pets are welcome. The house has a living area of ​​90 m2 with a 45 m2 balcony and a bed capacity for 7 people. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On each floor is apartment with separated entrance. If you reserve for 1-4 people at your desposal will be apartment on the ground floor of the house. This apartment has 2 bedrooms for two people, a living room and a kitchen with electrical appliances, dishes and a bathroom (toilet/shower cabin). On the terrace there is a large table with benches for carefree evenings with a view of the sea. If you reserve for 5-7 people you will have on your deposal down and upper apartment. A staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. In this apartment there are a bedroom, bed for one person, a kitchen with cooking utensils, a table, a TV and a bathroom (toilet/shower cabin). On the first floor there is a 20 m2 terrace with a table and chairs. You have access to a yard and a terrace, as well as a private beach with sunbeds. Private parking for 2 cars is available for free.
