The house has two floors; on the first floor there are three units and on the second floor the one unit. WiFi and a private parking are provided. It also offers one double bed , equipped kitchen with dining area and bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer and toiletries. **Private parking is available. **Ironing facilities and washing machine are on guests disposal upon request. **Luggage storage before check in is available since the owner lives in the house. Nin is a small town, the core of which is located on a small island (approximately 500m) connected with the land with two bridges. The town is only 15 km away from the famous tourist destination – Zadar.
