Welcome to Skyline Retreat, a brand-new and modern apartment in Zadar designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay with open views of the sea and the city. The apartment features an open-space living room and kitchen with access to a balcony offering panoramic views. It offers three bedrooms with king-size beds, while one room includes the option of separating beds, making it suitable for families and groups. The highlight of the apartment is the private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area. Two pergolas provide shade, making the terrace comfortable throughout the day, along with a lounge area for relaxing and socializing.
We are Dora and Ivan – the faces behind Skyline Retreat. We have been working in hospitality for the past three years and have learned how important the small details are for a great stay. That’s why we focus on keeping everything simple, clean, and comfortable, making sure our guests feel relaxed and truly welcome. We are constantly improving the apartment, whether through new features or small details that make everyday stays even better. We are always available for any questions – before arrival, during your stay, or for any help and recommendations you may need. We are happy to share local tips so you can experience Zadar in the best possible way. In addition to accommodation, we also offer activities through Dalmatia Quad – guided quad tours on the island of Vir, as well as karting for guests looking for a bit of adrenaline and a more active holiday experience. Our goal is for your stay to be stress-free and for you to feel comfortable, as if everything has already been prepared just for you.
Skyline Retreat is located in a quiet and modern residential area of Zadar, on a slight elevation with open views of the city and the sea. The surroundings are peaceful, with new buildings and well-kept homes, offering a calm stay while still being close to all main amenities.
