Villa Sunčana befindet sich in einer malerischen Städtchen, Sukošan. Die Apartments bieten atemberaubende Aussichten auf das Adriatische Meer. Der Strand ist für die Villa-Gäste nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das ist ein der ruhigsten und sichersten Strände in Norddalmatien nicht nur im Hinblick auf nur wenige Touristen sonder auch aufgrund seiner Lage. Das Meeresufer ist sehr flach und fällt relativ sanft ab.
