New apartments with an island and sea view and a sunset view in a very quite area Borik just 300 m far away from the sea and about 7 min walking distance from the nicest beach in Zadar/Uskok. The apartment is on the third floor. The old city center is about 20 min walking distance. There is a free parking place in front of the apartment. In the living room is a sofa that can be an extra bed for one or two extra persons.
There are many restaurants and bars close to the apartment.
