This newly built holiday home with its wonderful private garden and fantastic wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi enjoys a quiet, rural location in the village of Lasinja. A perfect location to enjoy a relaxed holiday with plenty of privacy. You can watch the swans pass by while sitting on the terrace. Beside total rest this area offers a variety of activities such as fishing, cycling, kayaking, walking, horse riding and much more. Spacious, elegantly designed house spreads over two floors. Ground floor features tastefully decoreated living/dining area with a fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen including dishwasher, modern bathroom with washing machine and nice wellness area with interiour jacuzzi and finish sauna. Two double bedrooms with balconies are located on the upper floor. All three rooms in the house are equipoped with air condition device and flat TV. Wi Fi connection is on your disposal as well. Beautiful fenced garden full of greenery offers a spacious roofed terrace with BBQ facilities and garden furniture,
River Kupa is few steps from your holiday home offering great panoramic view. In the village of Lasinja you will find outdoor gym, basketball and football playground. Within distance of 7 km you will find a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and tourist office. Zagreb, capital of Croatia and Karlovac can be reached in 35 minutes by car.
