Only 7 km away from city of Zadar and 500 m away from the main sandy beach of Dječji raj, spacious 75 m2 + 60 m2 terrace comfortable and cosy Apartment Tinel 1 and Premium three bedroom apartment Tinel 2 are located in a family house, in quiet surroundings of one of the main streets of Sukošan. Tinel 1 Apartment is situated on upper ground floor of the house, and, it consists of a hallway, living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and dining room, one bedroom, stylish newly renovated bathroom, spacious partly covered terrace, fully equipped smokehouse and outdoor furniture for comfortable outdoor hangouts and sunbathing. The terrace is hidden from views and offers complete privacy and a unique view of the starry night sky. The bedroom with luxurious large bed has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Tinel 1 unit comes with one private parking space, smart TV, ambient lighting, free fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi and A/C. We provide a baby cot, high chair and a stroller free of charge. Fully renovated and modernly equipped three-bedroom Tinel 2 apartment is situated on the first floor of the family home. The apartment comprises of a bathroom, a kitchen with a seating area and exit to the terrace, a master bedroom with a large double bed and exit to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and one single bedroom. The fully equipped large terrace offers a serene view of the surrounding countryside, sea, and the breathtaking sunset. Tinel 2 unit comes with one private parking space, smart TV, free fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi and A/C. Note: Ready for summer!
