Our beachfront house has been a family home for over 45 years, and that warmth can be felt throughout the entire property. The location is unbeatable — just 10 meters from the beach, with sea views from every apartment, a shared pool, sunbathing area, and a quiet residential setting. Guests can enjoy morning coffee with a view, sunsets from their balcony or terrace, and easy access to the sea in only a few steps. Each apartment is individually designed, offering different layouts and styles to suit couples, families, or groups. Our private parking, outdoor shower, and spacious surroundings add extra comfort. What makes the property truly special is the combination of: ✔ family atmosphere ✔ perfect beachside location ✔ private outdoor areas ✔ stunning sea and marina views ✔ and hosts who genuinely care about your stay.

Neighborhood info

The house is located directly on the beach with beautiful seafront views. There is a coffee shop and a beach bar right in front of the house, which makes mornings and evenings very relaxing. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the closest one is about a 20-minute walk. There are also ice cream stands, an aquapark, and various water acitivities including jet ski rentals just steps from the house. A marina is only a few minutes away, and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. Within around 250 meters you can find a fresh fruit and vegetable stand, a fish market, a bakery, a burger place, and a breakfast spot. The closest grocery store and an ATM are just about 50 meters from the house, making it very convenient for daily needs. Overall, the neighborhood is perfect for beach lovers and families, with plenty of activities and amenities very close by.
