We are a young family with three children from Germany, but we have been living in Nin for two years. Since May 2026, we have owned the beautiful Villa Kula, and we are planning a complete renovation for the 2027 season. We wanted to fulfill our dream of owning a holiday resort and offer our guests a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Nin is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everything. Beach bars, cafes, restaurants, and small supermarkets are all within easy reach. For children, there's a fantastic playground and football pitch in the park, as well as volleyball and basketball courts. Nin's old town is just a 5-minute drive away, offering more restaurants, ice cream parlors, a small church, and plenty of great souvenir shops. Whether you're young or old, everyone will find something to enjoy on holiday.
