Holiday house with 3 bedrooms on 180 m2 in Suhovare - Zadar, with outdoor swimming pool 10m x 4m , near historic town of Zadar. This comfortable and beautiful holiday home with pool consists of two separate apartments , connected by external stairs. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor. Particularly noteworthy is the large and fenced plot which gives you privacy and relaxed atmosphere on the sun loungers and at the swimming pool.
Unique view on the mountain of Velebit and extensive green landscape. House is located just 5 minutes from the highway exit. Peaceful and quiet, away from traffic and city noise. Variety of nearby beaches as well as National parks (Plitvice, Kornati, Paklenica, Krka) and other attractions exist thus this is interesting excursion destination in this area where you can enjoy beautiful viewpoints and open air activities (fishing at the lake, cycling, hiking).
