Our 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6 + 2 people. All bedrooms have heavy curtains, boxspring beds with double mattresses, night stands with separate ligts, spacious built in wardrobe closets, TV and two pillows per person available. There is additional set of thin bedding in the closets in the rooms. The facility is fully air-conditioned, all rooms have cooling/heating units. Living room and bedrooms are equipped with LCD televisions, and offer sattelite programs in most languages. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is fully equipped barbecue place out on the side terrace where we have prepared fire wood and charcoal kit for you. In wellness Spa oasis, there are welcome fruits and teas, hot water and large cold water tank. There is also a radio / CD player with prepared relaxing music CD. At your request, with the prior announcement, a massage therapist is available at Villa Ana. the pool is available exclusively for your private use. Please note that pool heating is extra payable, 25 EUR per day. If you want your pool to be heated, please inform us about 5 days prior your arrival.

The nearest grocery store, market, souvenir shop, fast food and fish sale is located 500 meters away, in the center of Sabunike, street V. Keep in mind that the market and fish sale are open only in the morning. In the nearby town of Nin, there are more restaurants, with excellent gastronomic offer. We prepared a book for one-day excursions for you, and the tickets can be delivered to the facility. Rent a bike and rent a buggy is available with prior notice, at least 1 day before.
