A holiday home that truly is a home away from home, and further. If you decide to go on your vacation to an island but want to go even further away from the crowds, neighboring units or the beach, this is the right spot. A house that offers the comfort of a modern home and some of that domestic charm, only a short distance to one of amazing many nearby beaches. A perfect spot for a family holiday with a great pool in the center of a big courtyard with barbecue and a covered patio areas on the sides. Swimming pool water is treated by the newest technology that ensures highest ecological and quality standards. This process is unique, completely without chemical solutions or chlorine, and the only one truly free of all allergens and other water carried infections such as legionary disease. The house is also a great couples retreat as it is really very intimate. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped, situated in the middle of an olive grove and close to the pine forest. The entire property is surrounded by untouched nature, a truly relaxing place to be at.
There is a large covered dining area in the patio in the corner of the pool terrace, with a summer kitchenette. The pool area has plenty of space for fun and the sun with the shower and a toilet in the corner. On the side, in front of the house, there is a very nicely arranged barbecue area. The house has two separate floors, which is great for different arrangements. Ground floor has a dining area at the entrance with the fully equipped kitchen in the extension. The same space continues into the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom on the side. The stairway on the outside takes you up to the first floor. Upstairs, there is a very nice relaxing area of a living room with a TV set, bathroom on one and a bedroom on the other side. There is also a fantastic terrace in the extension with the lounge set on it.
This is a great feature as you have the entire upstairs area as a completely separate space, great for kids, or another couple. Both living rooms have expandable sofas so capacity can go up to six persons. Great idea around here would be to have bikes as there are many tracks through the fields. A great vacation nature getaway!
