Villa has 4 fully equipped apartments : 1 studio, 2 two bedrooms apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment. Whole Villa can accommodate 14 guests. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers.Available free wifi in whole house and garden, and by swimming pool. You will love this Villa it is full of light, big outdoor space, sea view from all floors, air condition in all apartments, excellent atmosphere and guaranteed privacy.

Neighborhood info

The location is one of the best things about our apartment. The sea is just across the street and the beach is just a few minutes walking You can go to the old town in 5 minutes by taking bus across the street. If you have a car free parking is in front of Villa DOEL. Villa DOEL is situated in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with a view of sea and downtown Zadar. It's close to the sea, several city beaches and center of Zadar. Nearby( 400m) are markets, restaurants, marina Uskok and marina Borik, kids playground and few beautiful beaches(Uskok & Borik). Grocery store, pharmacy and a bus station 50 m the apartment.
