No pets allowed, and smoking is not allowed. House is working on public electricity, so there are no restrictions in its usage.This is house surrounded with pure nature. So if you are that kind of person,this is perfect choice for you!!! If you want, you have a great restaurant 100 m away from Villa where you can eat fresh Adriatic fish (it is pointed on one of the pictures!!) Please, feel free to ask anything about the property!!

Villa Goga is situated on the 1000 m2 ground, surrounded by Mediterranean plants ( lavender, olives, sage, rosemary etc.). There is a private paved way that leads to the private beach with deckchairs (cca 30m from the house). If you are coming with your private or rented car, you can place it under the covered parking area. It is appropriate for two cars. Among many amenities Villa Goga has a 200m2 big playing area, perfect for children all ages. For their safety, the whole playing ground is equiped with safety net. The playground is not professional size tennis court and you need to bring your own equipment. There is an outdoor loggia with big wooden table and closed grill. Right beside the loggia, on the same ground level, there is an outdoor pool ( 28 m2) with sea water. The house itself has 2 bedrooms, one with double and the second one with two separated beds. The living room is equiped with SAT LCD TV and Wireless Internet. We provide you clean towels, sheets and dishtowels. In continuation with the living room is a sun terrace with beautiful view.
