Villa Elaia, with private parking, is located in the center of Sukošan, 200 meters from the sea and has free WiFi, air conditioning in every room, a summer kitchen with an indoor grill with an exit and a view of the pool. The newly renovated villa includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and media content, bed linen and towels for each guest, and access to a private terrace from two rooms. Two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, two additional toilets, a laundry room containing a washing machine and dryer. The summer kitchen with dining area provides direct access to the outdoor heated pool and the fully fenced garden. At the guest's request two cots and a baby feeder can be provided. The entrance to the yard is shared with the owner.

The vicinity of Villa Elaia includes public beaches, marina Dalmatia and numerous restaurants and taverns. The center of Zadar is 10 km away while Zadar Airport is 7 km away, and an airport shuttle can be arranged at a surcharge.
