Welcome to Villa Hrešć I, a family-run retreat nestled in one of Zadar's most coveted locations — along the historic promenade between the UNESCO-listed Old Town and the beloved beaches of Uskok, Borik and Puntamika. Fully renovated in 2023, the villa combines traditional Dalmatian charm with modern comforts. Take a dip in our heated swimming pool (available from April 10th, weather permitting), work out in the on-site fitness centre, or simply unwind on your private balcony with views of the pool and the Old Town skyline. A continental and gluten-free breakfast is served daily, featuring fresh pastries, juice, cheese and seasonal fruits. As a small, family-owned property, we take pride in warm, personal hospitality — your comfort is our priority.

Villa Hrešć is a true family affair. Built and developed by our family over the years, the villa is today run by the next generation — a young family who bring plenty of energy and heart to everything we do. We fully renovated the apartments and pool in 2023, added a fitness room in 2024, and this season we're excited to offer a heated pool from April 10th onwards. We're always looking for ways to make your stay better — because this isn't just a business for us, it's our home. We know Zadar like the back of our hand — the best beaches for families, the restaurants locals actually love, the hidden sunset spots tourists rarely find.
