For those seeking a secluded hideaway, this quaint, stone cottage offers a getaway like no other. Escape the tourist crowds and immerse yourself in pristine nature with the Adriatic’s crystal clear waters right at your doorstep. Unwind, enjoying spectacular sunsets from every corner of the property, and let the waves lull you to sleep at night. Stargazing is optimal at this location, with easy access to biking and hiking trails. This is a rare, direct seafront property, on over an acre of land, with private parking and a private road leading to the house. It is situated at a point of Stiniva Bay on the Northern coast of Korčula Island. Despite the remote location, ferry connections to the mainland, stores, bars, restaurants, and other modern conveniences can be found only 3km away in the town of Vela Luka.

The property is thoughtfully built to resemble a traditional Dalmatian village, featuring two house residences surrounding a central court. The land features a producing olive orchard, and you will be able to enjoy the olive oil harvested directly from the land. The property is 100% off-grid, powered by solar panels with a propane cook range and a propane on-demand water heater. There's an outdoor, covered wood-fired barbecue grill. Water is supplied by a rainwater catchment system piped throughout the property. Keep in mind, certain appliances such as hair dryers, irons, microwaves, and toasters can't be used. There is also no air conditioning. Overhead 12V fans and sea breeze help make the nighttime more comfortable. Hand-washed laundry only.
