Villa Lantana is an elegant house surrounded by a beautiful Palm garden only 50 meters from the local beach. The garden offers a peaceful and harmonious ambience, with only glimpses of the sea through the tropical greenery.
You can choose between our sustainably designed apartments on the property, all newly renovated in exclusive materials and unique design. Every apartment has a private part of garden or a terrace, something that makes our villa quiet unique!
It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, families and small pets (only by request). The total capacity of our apartments is 8 persons
We will be glad to share our experience regarding most beautiful or private beaches, excursions and restaurants, and you will find two bikes and a SUP board for our guests to share. Also we offer a grill area for our guests, either you want to grill yourself or just ask and we will help!

Vir Island and Villa Lantana is a perfect location from which to enjoy the Adriatic coast If you‘re planning a summer holiday in Croatia, and you want to explore its rich cultural and natural heritage.
The villa is located 2,5 km from the village Vir just on the small beach of Prezida. Small stones on the beach (sand in water and shallow some 100m) the beach is free of charge and non commercial (no sun chairs or parasols to rent). Natural beaches within walking distance, some 400 m away. Two Pet beaches in neighbourhood (closest 600 m) away.
Close by a few restaurants and some cabanas, bakery and supermarket within walking distance. For a larger choice, Vir village or Nin is the alternative.
If you look forward to swimming in the crystal clear sea, Vir Island offers you 360 degrees of beaches, either you prefer the beach just outside the house or if you are looking for a totally private, natural or sandy beach reached by car.
Some 25 km from villa Lantana you will find Zadar, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities at the coast and if you prefer the wilderness and mountains you’ll reach Velebit national park only 70 km away.
