Villa Punta Blava is a true beachfront stay, ideal for families and especially convenient for guests travelling with children. The house has direct access to a shallow beach, making it particularly suitable for small children, while the fenced outdoor area offers extra peace of mind for families. All terraces are extra spacious and enjoy open sea views. Each terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, making it easy to enjoy long outdoor breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, and quiet evenings by the sea. Guests can also use a private outdoor solar shower after the beach. Private parking is available directly in front of the house. Guests also have access to a private on-site 11 kW EV charger with Type 2 cable, and charging can often benefit from solar surplus during sunny hours. The property is fully air-conditioned and offers stable Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay. Each apartment includes a Smart TV, and guests can enjoy TV and Netflix after a day at the beach. A barbecue is available on request, and cafés, restaurants, and a small shop are all within easy walking distance, with several cafés reachable in a pleasant 3 to 10-minute walk along the seafront. For added convenience, the shop next to the house has a separate entrance.
