You found your perfect holiday match! Villa Sucic with its private swimming pool and great mountains view enjoys a peaceful rural location in the small village of Zaton Obrovacki. This lovely detached holiday home located on 2000 m2 estate offers a lot of privacy and is an ideal choice for your next stress free vacation. In the same time the nearest beach is only 12 km away. This tastefully decorated house offers cozy living/dining area with direct access to the private terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area features a nice private swimming pool with sun shower, sun loungers, beautiful covered terrace with lounge set, BBQ area with an open fire place and dining table. Next to the pool there is an additional fully equipped outdoor bathroom. The pool has a hydro-massage feature and is maintained by a process called salt electrolysis which drastically improves the quality of water. Spacious fenced garden offers splendid mountains view. - Due to unpleasant experiences in the past, a minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.

In the city of Obrovac 2.5 kilometers away you can find shops, restaurants, ambulance, bank and a tourist office. A charming mixture of the nearby river canyon and mountains offers a variety of activities such as rafting, kayaking, cycling, trekking, mountain biking, off-road safari. The Adriatic sea is only 12 kilometers away. Within 1 hour of driving distance you can visit the ancient town of Zadar as well as many national parks: Paklenica, Krka waterfalls and Plitvice lakes.
