We are new renters, since 2015. We live and work in the town called Senj. Rosanda is director of the elementary school, and a member of the City Council. Mislav is a lawyer, working in the city administration on social activities and preserving culture heritage. We have two children. We live a quiet life in an apartment in the city center, very close to the apartments. We love our city, people and nature. In particular, we are committed to the preservation of cultural and historical heritage in Senj. In his spare time, Mislav explores the history of Senj, especially the air raids on Senj in World War II, about what he has written a book. In summertime, on our large with flowers crowded terrace, we enjoy drinking our morning coffee and listening to the awakening of the city. We like walks by the sea and to swim in the crystal clear Water. We’re active on Internet and social networks (Pinterest) and follow the arrangement of interior space and cultural life. The apartments are located in the city center, on the 2nd floor, next to the sea. The apartments are located next to each other, with separate entrances. The apartments are brand new and furnished in April 2015. Guests have free parking. Parking can be seen from the apartment. The larger apartment (60 m2) has a balcony and is designed to accommodate up to 5 adults. A small apartment (40 m2) has no balcony and it can accommodate 3 adults. Both apartments have sea views. The sea is 25 meters far from the apartment. Both Apartments have free Internet access, satellite television and air conditioning. Apartments are equipped with devices with low power consumption (A +) and with LED lighting. If guests do not plan additional trips, during the stay in our apartment there is no need to use their cars. Shops, beaches, bakeries, restaurants, ATMs, banks, courts for recreation, culture sights and everything else can be found in the vicinity and are available by foot in less than 5 minutes. In the morning, while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony, you can smell the sea... It's very beautiful when the fishing boats return home accompanied by seagulls...

Senj is the quiet little town on the coast of the Adriatic sea. Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Enjoy peace by the sea with their loved ones. Senj also has a very beautiful sunset – you can capture some of the most beautiful photos. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Due to its geographic position, Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway. Senj is located at 90 minutes away from the Plitvice Lakes. Very close to Senj are national parks Northern Velebit and Paklenica, and the Velebit Nature Park. Nearby are the islands of Rab, Pag and Krk and wonderful Zavratnica bay. Nature is intact, the air is not polluted and the sea is crystal clear ... And in early August, guests of our apartments have unique, best central view on the carnival parade with the participation of more than 5,000 masks
