Az apartman kb.150 méterre helyezkedik el a harkányi strand-és gyógyfürdőtől. Közvetlen közelében játszótér és élelmiszerbolt található. A város éttermei, fagyizói gyalogosan könnyen elérhetők. A Drávához való eljutás pár perc autóval, de bicikliúton is megközelíthető, ahol hajóutakat szerveznek a kormoránok megtekintésére. A siklósi vár és a villányi borvidék is számos programot és kirándulási lehetőséget biztosít. Villányi borkostolásban és pincelátogatásban is tudunk segíteni a vendékeinknek.
A felújított szállás egy zárt udvarral és parkolási lehetőséggel rendelkező, felújított apartman. Pároknak és gyermekes családoknak is megfelelő pihenési lehetőséget biztosít. Légkondícionáló, de külön fűtés is beszerelésre került.
