Hono is a calm, oversized villa designed for cool, comfortable living. With high ceilings, a sunken lounge, and a private pool that stays shaded throughout the day, the space feels open and relaxed. Located in a peaceful area close to shops and local amenities, Hono is a simple, well-designed base to enjoy Lombok at an easy pace.
Hi, I’m Andrew. I created Hono Villa in Late 2025. I enjoy creating relaxed, well-designed spaces where guests can feel comfortable and at home. I split my time between Indonesia and Australia and love surfing and travel. Our local villa manager, Dan, lives nearby and is always happy to help with check-in, local tips, transport, or anything you need during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to Lombok and hope you enjoy the slow pace, great surf, and beautiful surroundings as much as we do.
Hono Villa is located in Merendeng, Kuta Lombok, a quiet local area just a few minutes from the centre of town. Guests love the relaxed, authentic feel — it’s peaceful and not crowded, but still close to everything. Kuta Beach, cafés, restaurants, gyms and surf shops are only a short scooter ride away. The area is well known for surf, with popular spots like Gerupuk, Selong Belanak and Tanjung Aan nearby. There are also plenty of local warungs, beach clubs and sunset spots to explore. Merendeng is ideal if you want a balance of privacy and convenience — calm at night, with easy access to beaches, dining and Lombok’s best coastal scenery during the day.
