Company info

Tir Na Nog was founded by an Irish couple in the year 2000, and has since seen investment from 3 other UK citizens. We pride ourselves on good service and our staff give our guests just that. There is always one of the owners on the premises for most of the day and every evening, so we are always around to provide information about the island, or to help guests book onward travel or deal with problems. We have a great location on the beach and we hope you choose us for your stay on Gili Trawangan.

Tir Na Nog Hotel enjoys a prime beach front location on one of the top island destinations in the world. We've brought a little bit of Ireland to Indonesia with our take on an Irish Bar in the sun, which sits to the front of the property. It's almost all made from wood, with a large, waterproof roof, and reflects the pub feel, but on the beach. Our beautiful rooms are tucked away, towards the back of the businesess, and are have the modern ameneties you'd expect, but you'll never forget you're enjoying it in paradise. We pride ourselves on value for money, and that's exactly what you'll find here.

Neighborhood info

We are in a great location, close enough to the harbour you needn't take a horse cart, and amidst the best the island has to offer in terms of restaurants and bars. We're located right on the beach, so you'll not need to walk far to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Lombok Straits. Snorkelling gear can be rented nearby, and there are loads of Dive Centers on our doorstep. There are many handy amenities surrounding us here, yo uar eony a footstep away from everything you need!
