Ideal for families or groups, there are actually 3 properties onsite, situated between Keoghs and the Golf Club. Two, three-bedroomed properties that are semi detached from each other. These are the Beachcomber and Driftwood Cottages. Separate on its own then is the 1 bedroom Surf Hut Chalet. We, ourselves reside in the Driftwood Cottage, with the other two let out for short term guests. There is off road secure parking to the rear of the property. The Ocean is 400 metres away outside the back door and you can hear it clearly. High speed WIFI throughout all properties, and the rear patio areas is a real suntrap. We have a charcoal BBQ available if you want to use it, and there is a working farm next door.

I am from Clifden and live in Ballyconneely. Any of the activities we recommend you try, we do them ourselves. * Surfing in Doonloughan *Boating in Bunowen* Fly fishing in Clifden *Deep sea fishing in Roundstone* Golfing in Ballyconneely* Climbing the Diamond in Connemara National Park * Visiting Kylemore Abbey * Exploring the Marconi and Alcock and Brown Site...

Beaches all around. Easy to find a secluded one. Quiet area generall with many locals living each side. Keoghs Bar, restaurant and Supermarket is 1.4km away and the golf club in 3km the other way. Safe area and I have external CCTV on the property to heighten security, but it's a low crime area to put it mildly.
