The apartment is fully self contained with one double bedroom, kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom with shower. To the front of the property are views of the sea and Benvoy beach is a 4 minute walk away.
Hi, I’m Paul and I live in the main house with my wonderful wife Fiona and our dog Gemma.
We love it here because there is so much to do and see. Great restaurants, pubs, the Waterford Greenway, coastal routes, the Comeragh Mountains and of course, loads of beaches.
Relax, be active - whatever you desire!

Have a relaxing day - enjoy the garden, walk down to the beach (3 minutes walk), enjoy a drive or cycle along the Copper Coast.
Wander around the mountains, cycle the famous Waterford Greenway, play golf, windsurfing and much more.
Feel like culture? Castles, guided walks around Waterford City (oldest city in Ireland), historical sites, beautiful gardens and much more.
