We are in the village of Dunkineely on the Wild Atlantic Way, ideally situated to explore south Donegal. The village is between Donegal Town and Killybegs -the largest fishing port in Ireland. There is a world renowned dive site at St John's Point/Light House, one of the longest peninsulas in Europe and many other things to explore such as the Slieve League cliffs, Fintra Beach (blue flag) the Secret Waterfall among so many others. You can walk through the village to Bunlaghy Shore and look out across Donegal Bay. The village has a shop, three traditional pubs sometimes with music, hairdresser, beauty salon and a barber. There is also a medical centre in the village. The pubs do not offer a food service, so bring your own food to cook or eat out in Killybegs or Donegal Town. Buses run from Glencolmcille to Donegal Town via Killybegs on bus services 293 or 495 Situated 60km from Donegal Airport, from 7km to Killybegs and 13km from Fintra Beach.
