This brand-new luxury glass villa offers uninterrupted sea views across Dog’s Bay, spectacular year-round. Over 30m of floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the iconic white sands and Atlantic horizon, creating a bright, open living space with panoramic coastal views. The main living area features a large corner sofa and a 75-inch flatscreen, ideal for relaxed evenings. A generous kitchen with a large island and barstools forms the heart of the villa, designed for easy, convivial dining and gathering. The villa offers six bedrooms in total. Two private master wings with super-kings each offer wraparound views and a high degree of privacy. Two additional luxury bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, along with two further bedrooms (sharing a separate bathroom) make the layout flexible and well suited to families, friends and multigenerational stays. Throughout, the décor combines clean contemporary lines with relaxed coastal comfort. Guests can explore the surrounding wild coastline, cook in the high-spec kitchen, relax by the fire, or unwind year-round in the outdoor hot tub overlooking one of Ireland’s most celebrated beaches. Super-fast WiFi is available throughout the villa, with a comfortable workspace suitable for remote working if needed.
