Centered by a private Italian roof garden this 2 bedroom (one ensuite) 2 Bathroom Apartment comes fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for long or short stays, including intergrated Kitchen complete with Washing machine/ Dryer, Electric hob oven, Fridge freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Microwave and all utensils supplied. The Kitchen opens onto an open plan living and dining area with a large comfortable suite, decorative lighting and a 42" TV. There is video intercoms controlling access to the Apartment and plenty of on street parking is available with an additional car park just 100 meters from the front door. The Apartment is part of a small development consisting of only 35 units, it is located on the first floor with lift access. The total floor area is 85sq meters so there is plenty of space for Children. Please note this is a quiet residential development and is NOT suitable for Hen / Stag parties as late night noise will NOT be tolerated

Ann Marie is your Host for Bray Central and while she will not greet you at the door upon check in as this is done automatically a welcome note will be sent to you just before you arrival which explains everything clearly. Ann Marie can be contacted on her mobile (cell) phone but please check first in your welcome note or on this page before you call as you will probably find what you are looking for there, her number will be in your welcome note. The Apartment will be presented to you in immaculate condition and while Ann Marie will of course clean and change bed linen etc for the next Guest we would very much appreciate if you can show her the respect she deserves. Bray Central is located in a quiet residential building and while you are staying with us please remember to enter the building quietly showing respect for our neighbours but by all means enjoy the vibrant nightlife Bray has to offer. Bray is a coastal Town located just 40km south of Dublin Airport, 20km to Dublin city centre, 5km to Powerscourt Gardens and Waterfall and only 25km to the famous village of Glendalough so Bray really is ideally located to explore everything the east coast of Ireland has to offer. For those of you who don't wish to drive too far Bray has a lot to offer with a vibrant town with plenty of shopping, Restaurants and Coffee bars right on your doorstep, Connolly Square and St Kevin's Square are only 100 meters away where the Film "My Left Foot" was located. Within 10 minutes walk of the Apartment is the Bray Seafront and Promenade with it's numerous Bars, Restaurants and Fairground rides (summer season). The Promenade is over 1 mile long and is lined with small shops and Coffee Bars, this can be a sun drenched walk in the Summer or a wild, windy experience in the Winter. At the Southern end of the Promenade is Bray Head just waiting for you to climb to it's peak and take a rest at the "Cross" or take the 5 mile "Cliff Walk" to Greystones taking in the natural beauty of Ireland's east coast, there is public Transport available everyday which will take you back to Bray. If Golf is your thing then bray is centrally located to many top rated courses dotted across all of Wicklow inc Druids Glen, Powerscourt, Woodbrook etc. For the younger generation there is an Olympic size public swimming pool with Gym etc attached located only 1 mile from the Apartment and as previously mentioned a sandy beach with all the space you need, there is also a newly opened Sea Life Aquarium with a maze of fantastic sea life on display. For the less active there is the famous Harbour Bar with it's unique style, ballad sessions and the best pint of Guinness you will ever have.
