I reside with my young family, 3km from town centre in the lovely Donegal countryside. I work as an an optometrist , my practice is located on the ground level of the apartment building. ( there are separate main entrances). I love to cycle and walk and enjoy the benefit of living in the countryside.

Donegal town is a coastal, friendly, tidy town situated on the much spoken of North Atlantic Way. From here follow the scenic coastal route to north Donegal. Donegal castle , an historic building dating from 16th century, situated on the banks of the river Eske on the edge of town. At the harbour car park, the waterbus is moored, which runs daily trips around the coast Bicycles are available to rent to explore the easily accessable rambling countryside. Plenty of walking or hiking routes also. The Blue Stack Mountains are visible in the background and hold many hiking routes. Lough Eske is just 8km away and a road trip circles the lake to view the tranquail scenery. There are numerous beaches along the coast accesable to everyone. The town has numerous shops, restaurants, boutiques etc within walking distance from the apartment. People are uniquely friendly, and delighted to be of assistance.
