Lovingly furnished and modern equipped rooms await you. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with TV (Astra 19.2) and DVD player. In the whole house LED lamps are installed, partly with motion detectors. A cot and high chair are also available and free of charge. In addition there is a reading room with Bluetooth speaker, a large living room with a 49" smart TV, DVD player and stereo system. After an eventful day you can enjoy the cosy warmth of the crackling fireplace in the evening. The large kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, circulating air stove and microwave and the rear kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and sink. Of course, Frahling lovers will also find a filter coffee machine here. A rustic lounge with a large open fireplace completes the house, smoking is also allowed here. A covered lounge for the rare case that it should rain at the tasty barbeque with swing and sandbox for the little ones. To the house belong two fishing boats, which can be rented with costs in addition and a canoe, which can be used free of charge. The consumption of electricity in the house will be charged extra at 0,30E/kwh at the end of the stay. Pets must be registered in advance and a deposit of 50E is payable on arrival which will be refunded if the house is in acceptable condition on departure.
