A single built spacious traditional four bedroom house situated on the scenic Sligo Letrim boarder. Inside the home is two spacious double bedrooms, two single cozy bedrooms ideal for children or solo travelers, two bathrooms, fully funciational, utility room including washing machine, dryer and freezer, big open fully functional kitchen and living space for an ultimate social hub. The home offers two private gardens nested in between two mountain ranges, offering spectacular views of Knocknarea and local mountains. Plenty of outdoor garden space to enjoy the total peace and a safe area for children's outdoor play. The setting is blissfully quite and peaceful but yet only minutes from the very best of the Northside. An eight minute drive to the beautiful Glencar Waterfall and lough surrounded by peaceful views and walks. Eight minutes from Sligo town with a range of restaurants, pubs, shops. and culture. A fifteen minute drive from Manorhamilton to offer further exploration of north Leitrim. Enjoy a peaceful holiday with a view you will never forget!
