Greenfield House consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The two sitting rooms include one with an electric fire and one with a woodburning stove, along with two TVs and WiFi. The bedrooms consist of a family room with a double and single, a double, and a single bed and it also offers another twin bedroom separate from the family bedroom. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The utility houses a washing machine. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
