Our beautiful 3 bedroom home is nestled within the countryside of Donegal, offering natural beauty on our doorstep. Less than a 10 minute drive from the buzzing town, this is the perfect home to stay along the Wild Atlantic Way. Set over two floors, guests can enjoy the use of two double bedrooms, one with an en suite, and a third bedroom with two twin beds and sitting area. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats six and patio doors that overlook the garden. Our sitting room offers a stove so after a day of exploring, it's a great spot to warm up in front of the fire. Although we cannot list the property as fully suitable for disabled, the property is suited for wheel chair access with a ramp at the back of the property and walk in shower - therefore it would be suitable for those with mobility restrictions. Within easy reach of Slieve League & Glenveagh National Park, guests love us for our house design, location, scenic walks and the children's playground. We are perfect for families, walkers, big groups and those attending weddings at Lough Eske Castle or Harvey's Point.

Located in the idyllic countryside of Leghowney, filled with few houses, a children's playground, a community hall and beautiful scenery, we think our neighbourhood defines what people imagine Ireland to look like! If you are visiting with children, then our outside playground is ideal for you to entertain your children and only a few steps away. As we now live overseas, we decided to open the doors to our home so guests from all over the world can experience the beauty of Donegal from our doorstep. We are often back to visit our friends and family who still live in the neighbourhood and always enjoy a visit to our local pub, Biddy's O Barnes and seeing the locals at the Saturday market (held every second Saturday of the month) in our very local community centre. Here you will find handmade cards, fresh bread, home made jams and baking goods, or even visit for breakfast and try their 'Five Mile Fry'. It is a great place to pick up some supplies for your stay or just to experience the local community congregate to socialise and promote their produce.

We are less than a 10 minute drive from Donegal Town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants on offer. We are also less than a 10 minute drive from both Lough Eske Castle and Harvey's Point, therefore a perfect place to stay if attending a wedding.
