Damage deposit/card details

By completing a booking, the guest agrees to the following damage policy:

A valid credit or debit card must be provided for all current and future bookings as security against damage to the property.

The property may pre-authorize or charge a damage deposit before arrival or at check-in, up to the amount stated in the booking, to cover any damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules during the stay.

If no damage or extra costs are identified after check-out, any damage deposit or pre-authorization will be released or refunded, subject to the guest’s card provider processing times.

If damage or extra costs are identified, the property is entitled to retain all or part of the deposit and/or charge the card provided for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or extra services.

Failure to provide valid card details or authorization for the damage deposit within the requested time may result in cancellation of the booking in line with the property’s cancellation policy.

A valid credit or debit card is now required for all bookings as a damage waiver to cover any potential damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning during the stay.

The maximum number of guests in the house is strictly limited to the number stated on the booking, and no additional visitors or overnight guests are permitted.

No guests under 18 are allowed unless they are staying with a parent or legal guardian.

All guests staying at the property must provide a clear copy of a valid passport.

These passport copies must be received and approved by our reservations team prior to arrival, and the passports may be checked again at check-in to verify the guests staying at the property.

By keeping your reservation, you confirm that you accept these updated terms and conditions and agree to provide the requested card details and passport copies within the specified timeframe. If these are not provided, or if the house rules are breached, your booking may be canceled in line with our cancellation policy.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
