Bright and spacious holiday home located in Sandycove, Phase 1 in the heart of Ballymoney with direct private access within a 5 minute walk to Ballymoney Blue Flag beach. In this private gated estate, you will also be spoilt with the choice of amenities on site including tennis courts, table tennis, playground with zipline, football nets, lots of green areas to play and relax. The house is also situated 3 minute walk of local pub Tara Vale and 15 minute walk to Orphan girl pub. Local shop is within10 minutes walk. Seafield Hotel and Spa is located within a 5 minute drive away. Courtown and Gorey town centre are both a 10 minute drive away where you will enjoy shopping, restaurants, cinema, active tribe courtown, pirates cove, kia ora mini farm and amusements. Ballymoney and Courtown Golf Clubs are both located within 3km. You can also enjoy peaceful and tranquil walks of Tara Hill, Ballymoney and the surrounding areas. The house itself has a sunny south west facing enclosed patio area and garden which can accommadate up to 8 people. This is an ideal coastal getaway location with all mod cons, suitable for families, couples and friends.
