Our house dates from 1820 some of the walls being over 3 feet thick. It stands 20 feet from the edge of Dunmanus Bay with panoramic views out over the water. All our rooms are serviced by our natural spring water,no chemicals,and are all hypoallergenic.All bedrooms have their own en-suites,flat screen 32 inch TVs,tea and coffee facilities, seating and either desk or table. Double rooms have king beds and hypoallergenic bedding. We have a large secure carpark to the rear of the house .

I have worked in hospitality for over 30 years and believe that a good peaceful nights sleep followed by a good home cooked breakfast is the mainstay of Bed&Breakfast. I always ask my guests to make themselves at home and genuinely mean that.

We are in the townland of Gearhameen,just outside Durrus on the Sheeps Head Peninsula,world famous for its rugged scenery of sea and mountains in one of Irelands most rural areas. Ideal for hillwalking,fishing,water sports or just to relax.
