SHALOM is close to the center of Ireland and you have free parking outside your front door or window. Situated on the most attractive road into town and only a 5/10 minute walk to town. The house has number 17 on the door but most houses on this road do not have any number .The rooms are the usual size for a house of its age but they are warm and clean and there is high speed internet. Breakfast not inc. It is attached to our two story house which is also attached to our motor factors called 'Halls Autospares'. It is situated between the Garda barracks and the CIRCLE K filling station. Address code N39HC78. Please pay on arrival.
Although over 70 i still work in shop attached to my house called Halls Autospares selling car parts here for over 50 years. A few years ago i decided to try short term renting as this place is close to town and I am very happy with the results. Please do not pay in advance through booking dot com. I am nearby most of the time and If away the staff in our motor shop can handle things for me. Next stage is to include a boat on the Shannon if desired.
Less than 10 minutes walk from here you have the following, The Mall which is a recreational area and public park. The N4 Access centre which has the Esquiers coffee shop, Argos, Pizza hut ,and other shops. In the town there are Bars ,Hotel ,a park, Restaurants, Churches, Night club ,River and Canal walks etc. Nearby is a flying club , golf club , football clubs, boating, fishing, swimming ,equestrian center, dancing and music in the hotel and some pubs. In nearby Dromod there is a display of vintage railway and aircraft . Train trips also available.
