The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for four guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and an additional sitting room with TV and solid-fuel fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a Jack-and-Jill shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture and fire pit, a patio area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 5.6 miles you will find a shop, within 2.5 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, Lough Derg and please note that one small, well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also provided. Shannon Vale is a fabulous property for a family escape to Country Galway.
