BEAUTIFUL STONE, RIVERSIDE RETREAT in GALWAY Riverside Retreat is a beautiful waterside stone cottage that is idyllically located in a quiet, scenic, riverside location only 9kms/10 mins from Galway City Centre. This stone cottage with a large private garden and a private, outdoor patio area is located in a beautiful setting. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with vaulting floor to ceiling windows and a large stone fireplace. There are wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the local hills, the river and the garden from this room, and from all other rooms in the house. On the ground floor you will also find the kitchen/diner with a large antique dining table plus benches and chairs. The spacious kitchen/diner has a Stanley Range, stone slab floors and opens onto a private, south facing, patio area outside. One of the three large double bedrooms plus a downstairs bathroom are also located on the ground floor. All downstairs rooms are bright with floor to ceiling windows so the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and river can be enjoyed from all rooms. The space is made cosy by the underfloor heating system that heats the property. Upstairs you will find two other large, very spacious double bedrooms with a second bathroom upstairs. (Moycullen Village is 1.6 km away with a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants plus amenities such as Wildlands Adventure Park (.5km), horse riding and fishing etc.).
