Cosy cottage with modern extension to the rear. A games room that includes a pool table and dart board. Cottage includes original features including a rather steep staircase, there is a sofa bed downstairs for those who are not able for the stairs. Heating/hot water via solid fuel range cooker/stove, and electric immersion for hot water. Conveniently located in a quiet village along the R448 between Waterford and Kilkenny cities, 3 min walk to the bus stop with good connections to Dublin, Kilkenny and Waterford. We are located 10 minutes drive from the famous Mount Juliet GOLF course.
Hello we are fairly new hosts, we hope you enjoy your stay at O'Sullivan's Cottage. We recently renovated the cottage and hope to retire here in the future but until then we have decided to let others enjoy our beautiful home.
