Step back in time while enjoying all the comforts of modern living in this beautifully restored two-bedroom self-catering apartment that is located within the historic Old Mill building and Railway Station in Dromahair, County Leitrim. Dating back to around 1880, the building is a protected heritage property that retains many of its original architectural features, including exposed beams. The Koze is a very comfortable and spacious apartment for a couple, friends or family. It can accommodate up to 6/7 guests; adults & children and offers an open-plan living and dining area. The kitchenette has oven, hob & a microwave. It is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and some other condiments. Some chilled mineral water is provided. There is an iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with quality linen, a bathroom with fluffy towels, toiletries, hair dryer and mirror that has a blue tooth speaker. One room has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double and a single bed (as bunk). There is some reading material and board games for the kids. Outdoor seating that guests can enjoy (adjacent garden) and there is a BBQ facility (prior notice required).
