The Old Shop Apartment holds a special place in my heart. For many years, it was my father's shop, where he sold furniture, golf gear, and all sorts of wonderful curiosities. It was always a lively meeting spot where friends, neighbours and customers would gather to catch up and share the craic. A big shop window at the front let light pour in, while down at the back was the workshop where he would work his magic to restore old furniture to its former glory. I’ve transformed the whole space into a cozy apartment – the living room sits where the shop floor used to be, and the downstairs bedroom is tucked into what was once the workshop. I've done my best to retain the character and charm of the original space, while creating an apartment you’ll be wonderfully comfortable in. Whether you're here to explore our beautiful corner of the world, for a special event, or just taking time to unwind, I hope you will feel completely at home.
