The property is situated just off the famous Rougey cliff walk offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and with easy access to Tullan Strand beach famous for it’s surfing. As a cul de sac estate it is quiet, even in the busy summer season.
The house is adjacent to the local Golf Course and is within walking distance of the West End cliff walk, Waterworld, the Cinema, Bowling alley, Amusements and all the usual amenities in the town.
